Our most recent Let’s Talk Forum
Our Let’s Talk forum took place yesterday and was well attended by representatives of the Voluntary and Community Sector of Thurrock.
The theme of the meeting was Community Safety, we heard:
- About the work of the Child Criminal Exploitation & Gangs Intervention team in Thurrock
- How you can speak up anonymously about crime to Crime Stoppers.
We learnt about:
- BATIAS- Keep Safe free scheme which helps vulnerable people feel safer when they are out in the towns of Thurrock.
- Community Safety Development Fund which offers grants of up to £20,000 and is open until Friday 17th of February 2023
