There are three spectrum channels; White LED output, 660nm Deep Red output & added UVA/Far Red. The output of each channel can be controlled together with the on-board dimmer or controlled separately with the external controller. The controller can link 140 units wired or 200 units wirelessly on it’s own local mesh wireless network (no internet connection is required). The controller can accommodate 2 grow rooms with different on/off timing, sunset/sunrise function and dim automatically with high temperature detection. The white LEDs are Sanan and the red LEDs are Osram. The light was tested in a 4×4 or 1.2m x 1.2m area at 12″ or 30cm hanging height and the system efficiency result (White and deep red channels only, UV and IR is outside the PAR range) was 2.26 µmols/watt or usable ppf per watt.
