Official Statement regarding anti-gay and racist comments made by LA City Councilmembers

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Chamber PAC condemn in the strongest possible terms the unacceptable, homophobic, and racist comments made recently by LA City Councilmembers. Our organizations embrace the principles of inclusivity, diversity, and equity. The recent comments by Councilmembers are diametrically opposed to our work to create a community and City where all are respected, embraced, and supported. We call on those involved to do the right thing to heal our community from the wounds they created.
